They must've gotten new beds since some of these reviews because they are very comfortable, possible the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Everything is clean and smells cleans. Breakfast is typically hotel breakfast, nothing to complain about. There is scooter rack outside which is nice and convenient.

The room was great for what we needed except the office chair in room was broke and my 93 yr old mother could not sit in it...therefore she had nowhere to sit except the bed. I left my pillow and discoveredit that night. Called hotel at 10:45 pm and was told they had my pillow out of room we stayed in. Said they would hang onto it and put my name on it. Went to pick it up on my way back through Manhattan and the pillow was no longer there.

Impressed with the hotel from the lobby to the room. Very clean, well-taken care of property. Looks more upscale on the inside than what you are paying for. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The am breakfast was good and they had dark roast coffee as well as regular. That is attention to detail! I was here for a visit of K-State and now that our child is going to be going here in the fall of 2023, I know where our family will be staying!

Overall Everything was clean. But the beds are horrible. I roomed with a girl from our company and I am very large and she was skinny. We both had issues trying to sleep. The morning at the breakfast this couple, he was sitting in the lobby and she was making plates, yes plates, 6 in total. She walked up to the receptionist with them, chatted for a bit and carried them all to her car...... Not a good impression.
